THIS IS HOW OUR FUNDRAISING PROGRAM WORKS:

Call us at 416-532-1114 to book your group’s Fundraiser for our September Sale, September 20th – December 21st , 2008 or fill out the Registration Form on-line.

Remind all your shoppers to give the Group’s name to the cashier to have all receipts stamped .

Collect all of your stamped sales slips (must be originals ) and send them back to Samko (PLEASE DO NOT TAPE OR STAPLE RECEIPTS ) by Registered mail together with your “Fundraiser Remittance Form” no later than two (2) weeks after your fundraising dates to:

Keep a photocopy of your receipts and forms and note your total sales BEFORE TAXES for your records. We are not responsible for receipts lost by Canada Post so do not send them by regular mail and do not bring them in personally.

Upon receipt of your original, “FUNDRAISING” stamped sales receipts and the Remittance Form we will process your cheque for 10% of your total sales BEFORE TAXES.
We will be happy to send you as many Flyers as you require for distribution to your group. If your group is coming by bus, please call ahead to arrange a time.
