This crocodile has a toothache and you have to find out which one it is.  Open his mouth all the way and start your exam.  Carefully choose one the croc's teeth and press down.  Be careful!  Press on the sore tooth and the snap-happy crocodile will shut its mouth and you're out of the game.  Better luck next time.  (9" L)
